The Launch Partner pathway is designed for hospitals, specialist clinics, and licensed providers that have identified a therapeutic programme opportunity and are ready to build it, but do not yet have the infrastructure, protocols, or therapeutic access in place to do so independently.
Velthera's Launch Partner engagement is a full-stack programme build. We begin with a Programme Design Session - a structured consultation to define the clinical scope, target patient profile, therapeutic modality, and commercial model of your programme. From there, we deploy the access infrastructure, clinical protocols, patient pathway systems, and practice frameworks required to take your programme from design to delivery.
